REAP’s 2030 operating model will ensure that the Partnership is well positioned to pursue its 2030 vision and deliver the targeted outcomes as set out in its logical framework.
Three overarching principles
- We are partner-led: REAP is driven by its members, empowering them to shape priorities and actions.
- We strengthen regional mechanisms: REAP leverages and reinforces existing regional structures to scale and sustain impact at all levels.
- We are supported by a small secretariat: REAP ensures efficiency, adaptability, and close alignment with Partner needs through a lean Secretariat.
