- Connect with other EWEA communities of interest.
- Flag challenges on a particular issue that could benefit from a broader discussion.
- Get an external perspective on a report.

Monthly 1.5-hour online discussion.
The Working Group’s activities are guided by the following question: Which concrete actions have demonstrated the scalability of early warning systems that translate into effective early action?

This group aims to convene key stakeholders involved in supporting countries to create, develop and review their legal frameworks, policies, strategies and plans in order to achieve stronger coordination, alignment and complementarity.
This working group is for all organizations and countries interested in contributing to the reflections, workstreams and reports of the working group.

This group offers a dedicated space to ensure that the mechanisms to communicate risks and warnings lead to early actions.
This working group is for all organizations and countries interested in contributing to the reflections, workstreams and reports of the working group.

Ad hoc task forces
REAP often receives request from partners to reach out to experts across the network to help address a particular topic, such as the design of the Early Warning for All initiative in 2022 or the drafting of EWEA guidance for Ministries of Finance in 2026.
Task forces are for all organizations and countries interested in contributing to the specific issue brought to the attention of the partnership.

4. Strengthen Capacity and Skills
Develop your expertise and learn through exchange, training, and peer collaboration.

REAP acts as a space to build the skills of its members across peer-to-peer exchanges and training opportunities. These opportunities will include:

Become a partnership broker
REAP is committed to building the capacity of all its partners and helping them become critical enablers and brokers. The REAP Secretariat is therefore committed to support REAP champions interested in becoming partnership brokers to help bring partners together to catalyse change.
This is for experienced REAP Partners interested in training on becoming partnership brokers.

- Co-designing a conference, retreat or side event with other REAP partners.
- Contributing to planning around the post-2027 and 2030 global agendas to generate new ideas and new linkages.
This is for all organizations and countries interested in co-developing tailored policy engagement pathways for key national, regional and global audiences.
